Hi,

Recently I have purchased Honda Civic Car. it is 300-xxxx vehicle. Ple advice me about maintenace.

Can you estimate the life time for this type of vehicle? Thanks.

keep her clean, service her at the proper intervals, use good parts :-)

and don't bash her about...

should last for as long as you want her to :-)

(I take it your using her only for day-to-day purposes???)

Hi,

Better to do the initial service with the agents. I recently went with a friend to get his newly purchased honda civic serviced and they went through most areas to check for problems. Upon my inquiries i noted that a manual car can be put through a general service for approx 5k.

i've purchased a civic recently as well and i basically wash+clean interior during the wkend. plannin to do the initial service with agents towards the end of this month and hoping to change the air filter/oil filter/timing belt to start fresh. maybe afterwards can look into engine tuneup etc.
