hey guys

i bought a old car 504 one year back.

till yet i didnt transfer to my name and now i lost the that transfer fourm also.

but i have the trnsfer letter and registration book.

i wanna transfer it to me.

wot cn i do for it and plz im waiting for ur advices

The registration book would have the owners name and address. - I guess you could start from there and try and trace him.
