One of my friends needs to tinkering and paint his car. 16-XXXX mazda familiya-Hatchback. He needs to know

1. which is the best paints for his car these days.

2.which is the best place for tinkering and painting ( near Negambo and wennapuwa)

3. What is the good time....I mean concerning whether condtion) :unsure:

4. How much will it cost
