It seems there is huge marketing bang on the Chery QQ at the moment. And there are lot of offers and packages going on.

However, how do you guys rate this car in the aspect of performance, value for money, after-sale service and running cost?

Further, there are some shaky crash test results on Chery QQ on the Internet. What do you think about these tests and its applicability in SL?

I have a chery qq. driving is quite smooth and comfortable. there is an engine purring nosier than other cars, but once u get used to it its not a problem. fuel wise outstation it does 12-13. in colombo it does 11-11.50. its almost 1 1/2 yrs since i purchased it and there have been no repairs at all. maintenance at dpmc is too costly and time taking. they'll take the entire day to return the car. As such i service it outside. recently i traveled to kandy with 3 adults, 3 children and a whole load of luggage without any problem

btw i am looking to sell it cos i need to buy a van.

good to hear....i purchase my one last friday....and my frist 270 km (75% outstation) costs only around 17 L; that's 15.88 Km/L

BTW its Automatic transmission, where my average speed was arround 60 Km/h and rpm was kept below 3000, 99.9 times, + AC switched on. + i am a novice driver....i got my driving license only on last thursday.

so far i am very happy about the performace and the driving expriance of the car
