What exactly are you looking for ? Compared to the two Land Rovers (Disco and RR Sport) the ride and drive quality of the Land Cruiser is that of a sand lorry. So if you are looking for comfort and prestige...then the LRs would be the obvious choices.

However, the LRs can be a bit finicky with age so you need to be very picky about selecting one and then be very diligent about maintaining it (which should come with an open mind to spend as needed to do a proper job). I know some non-car people who bought Range Rovers brand new and nearly new, and they are totally frustrated by the maintenance requirements (I feel the limited access to resources makes the vehicle more difficult to own than any other place).

If you just want a non-fussy car that will keep running even if it is leaking oil like a waterfall....go for the LC. But...the LC will feel slow, sluggish, have a jittery ride and the interior will feel like a Maruti Alto (comparatively).

Between the LRs I do have a soft spot for the Disco which is quite capable. The RR Sport feels more like a road car, although quite capable offroad.

You could look into vehicles like the Q7 (personally feel it looks more like an obese station wagon rather than a SUV). If you are going to be doing on road cruising (mostly) then you could also look at something like a Macan.

To spend over 60m I believe you are not short of cash, so much options to go for. I agree with @iRage everything depends on what you want out of the vehicle.

What ever you buy just make sure that you carry out the routine services on time and dont go for any short cuts when it comes to repairs specially if you go for a European vehicle as they will ask for a bit more care and repairs will be expensive compared to a Japanese or Korean. Word of one more advice if you fall in love with the drive of a European you will find it difficult to get back to a Japanese or Korean again (from that era, have no idea about the new ones).
