I have a Honda Integra 1987 came with an EW engine 1500CC. I'm planning to K Swap it probably for K20A motor. I would like to know the legal area of this swap. What are the requirements to properly update the book to mention the new engine number and how hard is the process?

This is the DMT's instructions. Engine change falls under change of attribute.
