It's not freely available to purchase.. I bought mine from USA.

I vaguely remember there was 1 for sale on AL. Try contacting the guy and see if he could get u one. Or buy off ebay..

Not old Forum, Old threads. If I remember, you don't them them here, but can get them down easily from abroad. Try searching "Cobra" or summin.
