Interesting to note the shape of the passenger cabins on the italian cars. Looks like who ever was in it would have got away with a few bumps and bruises despite the car being wrecked....

Hi Bhara, you know I think that is a UK reg too, the last half of 2003 infact (a 53 reg) hmm.... interesting wonder what it was doing in Malibu

both cars r indeed uk reg...thats the format...

apparently the owner registerd both cars thru his company in uk (for tax reasons) n jus got it shippd to the us

TWO enzos...tax isnt little in uk...n there were other benefits dat im a bit too busy to detail now :lol:

It isnt just tax. He was trying to steal the car from bank that still owns it.

The word on the street is the Ferrari was obtained through fraudulent financing along with a Mercedes SLR. When the bank found out, Eriksson simply shipped the Ferrari to the United State. The car had a European registration and nothing had been done to make it street legal in California. "
