What do you think of the locally assembled Japanese vehicles? What they do is, bring down the chassis, engine, and body separately of used vehicles in Japan and re-assemble them here. RMV registers them under a different name, and give a new number, legally I must add.
I'm eyeing a Toyota Surf which is very cheap compared to the original vehicle (about 1M less), and has done about 135K km in Japan. What do you guys think? Is it a good idea to go for one..
