Hi Guys,

I Brought my car 2 Month ago. the Seller told to change my ATF in about 2 Months. How can i identify whether i have to change it immediately.

How to check the Oil. I had a look at the oil. its not black color. its little red.

ATF is not something that expires with time. It depends on how much u run.

Why don’t you change it now?

You need to change the ATF oil every 40,000 Km I think. The color of the oil should be something like wine red, not brown or dirty. To check the oil level, first start the car, change from P to all gears and finally bring it to rest on P (or N), then while the engine is still running, pull out the dip stick, wipe it with a clean cloth, put it back in, and make sure that the level is between F & E.
