naahh!!!!!

people who want to spice things up make these stories up... a freind of mine once worked overnight & made up a story that he heard a person caugh and a door close on the 2nd floor of our building one night and that there was a ghost in our office building in the night.. it was suposed to be just among us but story spread like a bushfire!!!!!! so probably the same scene over there....:)

the past 2 days work has been pretty slow moving (Yaawwnn).... so been on the forum throughout the day!!! :D

Ya thats true i guess...ppl here love the supernatural and anything to do wit it...ghost stories too are like a favourite pastime lol...any good stories from SL??? I've heard alot about Nuwara Eliya and the Hotels there...LoL :D

No dude that is a Kit car...the yellow one....was built in SL completely...the 300zx was silver with the body-kit and chrome alloys...he has changed the badging back to nissan now...

Andrew I also heard the Ferrari Kit car was assembled in Malaysia, not here, Anyways it's based on the MX-5 chassis and has a Mazda engine. Body is by Ferrari fully fibre glass.. That's what I've heard

Ilham's somewhat related to me..

And i remember a cuzin of mine, telling me, that the customs seized the ferrari (mazda) car, and they had to go the yard, and remove the kit, and show em the mazda, parts inside, lol .. cos the customs thought this was a ferrari and illegaly bought down.. lol

i saw the car there last week also. someone told me that it had a engine from a mazda 323. did the owner sell it? if so any idea how much? :D

how is the valuation done on kit cars? its not like they have a showroom price... plus if its got a whole lot of mazda parts, it complicates things even more...

It was seized cos the customs ppl thought the car itself was a ferrari..

what was it imported AS? a ferrari or a mazda? either way what model etc... cos kit cars come in boxes (form what i know).. and i dont think u can consider that value....

Hmmm.. lemme find out..

Imported as a Mazda Eunos, and crazily registered @ the RMV as a ferrari, so the papers and stuff are in a whole mess.. Thats all i could find out for now.. its an old story!

i always wondered what model of ferrari is that car supposed to represent? the front of the car always looked off to me....

Hey Pila, u need to be more careful man. When u said it was a Fairlady, I thought it was a 350Z and nearly died of shock!

Speaking of 350Zs, does anyone know if that Orange Z that was on sale in Nugegoda has been bought? I haven't seen it the last couple of times I went that way.

Havent you guys seen threewheelers with 'Super GL" badges?

There fun part is now when the Corola comes from Singapore it comes as XLI and our guys replaces that batch with "G" grade badge just to show its expensive. But end of the day its a flop

Yeah, its sorta like the buggers who put big "Type -R" stickers on their civic sedans. Specially those that have a big SOCH VTEC sticker just under it....

9.5 or 9.6mill. Too bad I didn't have the cash handy. That example has a supercharger :D
