Shervin
Does not seem logical about the O2 sensor. I'd say check engine mounts.
Car Maniac
What about your cars ATF oil(Automatic Transmission Oil) condition? Have you changed oil after you purchased the vehicle? If yes, how long have you driven after the change? 30,000 kms is the maximum I think. (guys pls add up if Im wrong). My father also has a swift (2004 model) but still I think its the same design as your 2001 car (squarer model). Our car once had a gear shifting reluctance problem with its auto tranny and it got solved after an ATF change. In auto gear boxes, most of the problems get solved after an ATF oil change. Many drivers dont care about ATF oil change periods...you know. So check my points' relevance to your problem and if you haven't changed oil for many kms, get it changed and see how it goes. it wont cost you more than 5 - 6000 rs for a ATF oil change. Good Luck! Always willing to help
