Windshield Chip Repair

Do you guyz know anywhere that i could repair a chip on my windshield. A guy on hospital road, Dehiwala threw a stone at the car while travelling and it has resulted on a chip(NOT CRACKED) on the screen. Is there anywhere i can get this repaired? Or any other suggestions?

I was with family in the car at that time, and the bunch of guys were drunk... Didnt want to waste my breath with the loosers. I was absolutely pissed as I knew getting anything for the Toyota Crown isnt eazy.

Only realised the damage when I got home...luckily it was only a chip.

You must go in a sunny day to repair it . For small chips/cracks it will be effective up to 75% present. Marks can be seen even after repairs ,however spreading will be stopped.

Ah Mr. Wijesinghe!!! He wanted to charge me 15k to get rid of a stain that was there on the P11 windscreen. While talking to him I saw one of his boys pour SILVO in to a small cup and rub another windscreen. I said thank you went and home, stopping on the way to buy a SILVO. Washed the car and rubbed the stain which was inside of the car, and voila!!! No stain. Ok, it took most of the bottle and I had a good work out, BUT NO STAIN!!!!!

Now, I was thinking, if I left the car the way he asked, would he have only spent 175 + a days wage bucks and charged me 15000?????????????

I am sure he is good, but I hate buggers who try to take me for a ride.
