Whats The Best Sporty Sedan To Buy!!!

guys need some help in picking up a good sport sedan. gave away my merc. now fishing for a more sporty sedan. i would be happy with anything which does 6-8 km/l compared to the 3km/l... hehe... my options are,

Subaru Legacy B4

Legacy 2005

Toyota Mark X( not very sporty)

Mark X

Honda Accord (Japanese Version)

Accord

hope to get some valuable feedback from u guys.

if you guys got any other options please do let me know.

Legacy B4 is for sure what you are looking for. Accord is no where compared to the B4.

the b5 with the turbo would be a fun car to get...

i think in terms of comfort etc..the mark x would be the way to go....

the accord would be good if you can get the euro R of it...

i checked out the mark x. But i cant find any b5s for sale. The a

mark x is around 5million. Any idea about the price of a b5?

I know your passion for the 3 pointed star so what I'm gonna suggest is probably sacrilege to you, - but a BMW 325 /323 ? (E36) ?

id love a rx-8 but now is not the time. I need a proper sedan. Id love a e36 bmw 325i. But where do i find one? Iv only seen 318's and 320d's.

Budget is around 5-5.5 mill.

B@ndul@ has/had a Blue B5 for sale, didn't he? IIRC the asking price was a good deal over your budget though :unsure:

Since you're switching down from an S-class, the Mark X would be the best option for you IMO

Isn't it just the 6spd Type S that "goes like the clappers"? at least that's what I've heard..

"Cheap" is obviously relative but out of curiosity what do RX-8s change hands for these days?

"Rare" is also relative.. how many would you say are on the road? I know I've seen at least a dozen..

and the markx at 5 mil is great.. i remember checking them out when they first came and the asking price was 9 mil...

Hello ZUL,

I have a version of the B5 and it is a blast to drive. I would so recommend one to you if you are looking for speed, style and versatility. Not to say the other choices aren't exciting cars to drive - it's just that the combination of all I mentioned earlier are not as evident.

OT, but recently i noticed two serching for a Cefiro and a Starlet and in few days both cars came to classifields no responce from topic starters :girl_prepare_fish:

Seen Black and Gunmetal coloured ones too but those are probably not for sale. 9mil is silly money for that car though IMO. The older '01 - '02 model looks like a bargain, in comparison. Good luck sourcing a Mark-X and do post some pics when you get it
