Nissan Sunny B14 A/c Conflicts With Power Steering

im using a nissan sunny B14. recently i noticed that when i steer the wheel in idle, A/C cooling fan stops working and as soon as i take my hands off the steering A/C cooling fan starts and the A/C gets cool.... BDW my engine has a small vibration too.
