so does this mean private individuals can go visit and do laps there?

maybe now AL can organize its very own track day for the memebers

Well it says the competitors taking part in Motor Racing events can use the track. Charges are Rs1000/= per car and Rs 500/= per Motor Cycle

Organizing private track days are bit too risky...but you guys can gather up and have one at your own risk!

Lack of Ron-off area is the concern.
