Today I noticed that the chrome in certain areas in my headlamp reflector have peeled off. Is there a place in Colombo/Dehiwela area, where I can get my reflectors rechromed?

Go near Comm_ bank Panchikawatta. The at the entrance to the adjacent "Watta", there's a boy who does that. He will do both under 4k

Not worth it. You'll have to remove the factory seal (to remove the glass layer) and no matter who seals it, in a few months, rain water/water from car wash will seep in and destroy everything in the inside. Just find reconditioned replacements.
