Car Shakes At Low Acceleration

hi guys,

when i press accelerator a little, car begins to shake like it has no fuel (this happens on the way, but not when i start)...but when i press little bit more it will accelerate smoothly and go...this was not there before i got a repair on the auto tranny...they said they have adjusted a timing sensor in auto tranny...is this new problem related to tranny or is it with engine & accelerator??? please help

Have you checked/changed ur fuel filter?

Hi,

Guess i found the problem....According to the mechanic this is due to a damage of TPS (throttle position sensor). So it seems TPS should be replaced. Due to this TPS issue, previous owner has increased the timing value (around 2000), but it should be around 500 according to the mechanic (i'm not sure about these values). after decreasing the value, shifting became smooth and shaking problem came into stage.

Can anybody suggest me a place to find the TPS for LANCER CK1 ??? tried in some places at delkanda, but couldnt find it!

guys i own a Honda fit aria..usually in the mornings when i start the car and shifted to D position it gives some shake before accelerate..same thing happens when reversing..but it doesnt give that shake when engine is heated up.thats why i mentioned i experreince this norlamy in mornings.is this also some kinda issue related to above??

yeah im hvng da same probe...Chevrolet cruze...

Remove the trottle body clean it up clean / replace sensors there (TPS, any air flow sensors if available) / change the air filter if needed and see.

I did the same today with EK3 and yet to see the results.
