City 2000 Manual For 14.60 Lakhs?

Hi members,

I checked a city 2000 manual V-tec F/O Hx-xxxx. 1st owner and it has done 136000Km, car has repainted and in good condition, need to change tires, and leather seat covers. Do you think it is worth for 14.6.0 Lakhs? I want to use the car at-least for 5 years and re sell after that. Your quick advice is highly appreciated. . Thank you in advance.

14 would be reasonable i guess.and did u ask y it was repainted.If its because of an accident check for structural damage.The best thing is to get it checked at the Agents.Theyll give a Full report.

Yes I asked him. It was not an accident, due to scratches....and color change due to sunlight...

if you don't take it to agents for a full diagnosis report that should cost no more than 2,500 Rs. I am afraid you'd have to regreat a great deal afterwards.

I saw several cars in the papers very recently for even less than 14 lacks with YOM 2000. I personally had a non-VTECH and sold it about 2 years back for the price you have quoted. Think its best you try n get it down to at least 14 lacks coz it seems that the price of that car is howering between 13.5 to 14 lacks currently.

Having said that, its best if you could take time to get it thoroughly checked by agents as Isuru has suggested coz it could save you a hell of a mental stress later on.

u can also get a good 2000 yr mazda 323 or familia for 14.5 laks..chek out that possibility too ..
