0 SpEeD FrEak
First wash off all the Dust.Thereafter start putting Carwashing shampoo. Start cleaning the Roof,Then the Glases and at last the wheels. Then Put water again to Wash off the dirt Then Wipe it.When washing Under the mudguards use a Brush.Use a Sponge on the Body and Glasses. After Washing open the doors,Bonnet, boot and wipe the edges so that water wont stay on them. And also dont use hard brushes on alloys because sometime the alloy will scratch. And also when removing birddroppings,Try to get them loose by using water and thereafter get them off.Trying to remove them without making them loose will damage the paint. 0 rangerover
few tips to ad on 1. Dont try to shampoo the entire car at once. do it section by section and wash off. It would prevent soap from drying off 2. Dont use the same cloth to shampoo and clean. Try to use two different clothes 3. Spend a bit more and by a wash and wax shampoo like armorall. It would give you good protection in between monthly waxes 4. Never forget to use tyre polish as it gives a much better finish to the entire job 5. Use similar plastic polish/tyre polish like dash on other black external plastic parts which would have gotten faded due to sun exposure 6. use a vinly cleaner/protector on dash and plastic door panels to protect from uv radiation. Use similar plastic polish/tyre polish like dash on other black external plastic parts which would have gotten faded due to sun exposure I doubt using tyre polish in other black parts is good idea.. I think tyre polish tend to react with surface of the tyre and remove the dusty outer layer and bring the shine back for couple of weeks. This could harm the other plastic/rubber parts in same way. Just me thinks....
