Horn Stops Working When Speeding

Guys,

Mine is an EK3,

Having problems with the horn, It stops working evan at 40KMPH speed,

An Electrician wanted me to change a relay but still having problems even after he changed it.

Is this a common issue ?

There are speed sensors fitted on our roads now that detect if you are even 1 kmph over the speed limit. If so, the horn is disabled so you can't horn to tell people to get out of the way so you can go even faster!

I've never heard of a similar problem before. Working on the relays should have fixed it.

if it still has the OEM horn, check if horn housing is touching the body of the car or the front bumper. If it does, move it a little bi away and you should be fine. Could also be a lose wire too..good luck.
