did some search around .. it's not cataloy as I guessed initially. It's more of a foam which use to make mattresses.

nah...i think PU foam stands for Poly Urethane Foam...something a lot lighter that cataloy putty!

Only hitch is that they are quite flammable!

Kinda reminds me of the clay models that designers make when in the final stages of car design.

If I'm not mistaken thats based on a mercedes with the grill of or similar to a modern day lancia...
