Dear all my car is MAZDA BF series sedan 16-0xxx

It doors up-postings are plan type mode

So need to fix door light model up-postings to the same existing door (Velvet up-posting)

Please advice me can I do that

if you can source set of upholstry panels of the same model with courtesy lights it should be possible. However, try to obtain a sample and trial fit to be more confident. You'll have to add some wiring for the lights if the loom is not available inside the doors.
