Driver And Passenger Seat Belt Warning Light/alarm

Hi all,

I have a Carina 212 Ti My Road.Since I bought it it doesn't show the Driver and passenger seat belt warning light.Both dash board passenger and driver bulbs related to warning signs are working fine.

Any idea what might have caused this ? Had it been disable via OBD.....or anything else ?

sometimes the previous owner may have removed the socket which is located under the seats.

I checked...but cables under the seats are plugged and just fine........since both Passenger and driver both are not showing could it be something other than cables ?

Don't worry, seems like that seatbelt law has been relaxed anyway

Yeah only Rs 5000 max (If I am correct)...............Anyway I just want to get warning lights working........any idea ?

however the passenger set belt warning lights flashes only when someone sits on that seat, if its not flashing then better to get checked with a good electrician
