The grand poobah thinks it terrible from the point of view of an owner that the depreciation is 1 mill to 1.5 mill in... 3 years? Damn.

But yes, considering what else is going in the market at that range, great value for the buyer.

@ Dilly, I was looking Gen 2 for sometimes and the price range was 1.3-1.5M I got few offers but everyone mentioned about the 2nd hand market. I knw its a very good car n the luk is awesome. So jst think abt resale vale. U may find Gen 2 1.3M iff you digg into d markt lil bit.

Well it's colour is kalhari Red not the normal red that is around..

Anyways yes the second hand value is slightly on the other side.

Then again I'm not worried about it that much. However it's just a superb luxury and modern looking car.

But for that value as Grand Poobah mentioned considering other cars.. I guess this is it..

Well, I paid an advance will be getting the car this wednesday. can't wait..

i think this is a very wise purchase in terms of daily use.

In terms of daily use, yes. My dads gets just under 10 in Colombo, and its an auto. And its far older than this car and my personal opinion on the autobox is not flattering.

well i read almost all the threads about gen2 but nothing had a clear cut post.every one says the gear box was sluggish but then says car is good performance wise.so i dunno whether its the pulling power or the response which is meant by the gear box is sluggish
