sell it...!! N16 is a family car man.. no point in soupin it up.. I have seen some N16's been souped up and it looks pretty hideous...

you will have to be specific on what you are looknig for. performance mods or just looks. you have a 05 model, so i would keep you body mods to a minimum since it a new car....

i have seen some old n16, with some bodykits. they were ok they were like sweet toys.

w/small skirts allround and small spoilers.

be sure u dont hang much things on it or it might look realy bad.

i dont think u cud much mod a 1.3 ??

aight the offical dealer said that it has the quikest pick up compared to other sunnys??? well i m lookin 4 performance mods??? ya dragster u ryt but have to be like this 4 a while!!! anyway ma fren had a go on the same model but different car same 1.3L he claims it can do bout 160 0r 170??? wat u say guys?

you can do some mods to it but don't have high expectations for it. you can mod it so that you have decent gains compared to stock...

Pls tell me ur joking! A 1.3 in that huge car? Man, try to swap a SR16 or 20 in there. (Tho thats hardly what is called a "mod", doing a whole engine swap )

Or sell it and buy that VZR in the classifieds. And then work with that

Ur talking pickup and top speed in the same time... I think u maximise one or the other, or compromise, but u can't max out both. And u'll need a looong road to hit 160

BTW, is this a CVT?

who is this official dealer?dude common sense states that a 1500, 1600 or 1800 engine in the same frame are goin to b more powerful than a 1300...ur dealer is obviusly a con...ive driven this car brand new from the harbour n it wud hardly budge wit the air conditionin on...

edit: jus saw dat u bought d car brand new...its quite clear dat A*W were using BS sellin to get rid of these 1300's

well it mustv taken him d entire stretch to reach dat speed...and dont bother doin any mods to the car if its brand new cos ur warranty will be void...if sum factory fault surfaces A*W wont cover it

C'mon man. Lets see if we can come up with something to get some gain. No need to start taking on the drag-specialists yet a few hp here and there?

machan dont even think about modifying a N16.not worth at all

i used a N16 (recon ex-saloon ) for about 6 months untill i got my VZR

1) no pulling power , overtaking is horrible in 1500cc manual

2) not good on fuel, (8.5in colombo)

3) handling is sh*t at hi-speeds , can't take a reasonable turn even at 60kms (i'm not comparing it to the VZR, i'm only comparing it to my old AE110 )

4) front suspension noises

thank god i got rid of it & got the VZR
