Yes correct , i believe it will not do much as they says, and they had a statement below it "tested under certain conditions"

so probably they might tell (below 2500 RPM between 20-40KMPH ) <img src="http://forum.autolanka.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> ,

actually the most economical speeds would be between 50-70, and there are more practical things to watch out for aswell.for an instant they say these figures with only one person on board but most of the time thats not the case with us,also even simple things like having too much fuel in the tank could alter the outcome.
