Not again. If you guys know some thing please keep it to your self . I think these kinda threads are useless and every one say tax is going down down and so on. If it goes it's really good and I'm all into it but these kinda statements are not going to do any god to any one. I will buy a car if I can afford it and if it's reasonable and wouldn't worry about the tax and get depressed.

yes. how reliable is your source? Permits usually gives after 5 years and it was last given in March 2007. vehicle bought under that permit can not be sold for 5 years.

These tax reduction threads are becoming a cancer. Seriously I could care less if the taxes were further reduced. If I really have the need for a vehicle I would go out and buy one now to fill the need. I'm not going to wait for months or years so that I could buy one.

Permits usually gives after 5 years and it was last given in March 2007. vehicle bought under that permit can not be sold for 5 years.

There's no such thing as permits are giving every 5 years just because the last set of permits had a none transferable clause. If the government is to issue new permits they'll target a different segment working in the public sector.

And people who took it withing last 5 years would not be eligible for the permit. The informaton of issue of car permits had been in the circles for some time now.
