Power Steering Bit Hard When Turn

Hello friends.

my car is a Toyota Corsa one.it is a power steering one.but my problem is when i turn to both side i feel its bit hard.but oil level all are in correct position.i cant turn it smoothly.and next problem is when i turn to the end ,steering wheel doesn't come to the correct position.i checked the wheel alignment and tier also in gud condition.my car is EL 53 97 made.

And also check the power steering belt for any crack or unusual wear

or power steering rack and pinion getting stuck in a position.

is this issue there from the first start or develops after some time ? if it develops after some time, give it a try with bleeding and filling new PAS fluid. Turn lock to lock few times and this will remove all air trapped inside the system. If it doesn't help, you have to suspect the PAS pump I'm afraid.
