Where can I repair my AC [Toyota AE100].Its cooling only morning and night.

Don't take my word for it, but I doubt that's a problem with the AC. It's just so hot during the daytime. Happens in my car too.

did you get it solved?????

is it someting like compresser is running, refrigerent is flowing through the tubes(without bubbles) but blowing warm air or AC is completely off (AC clutch disengaged)?
