My personal experience is below,

Ek 3 manual 1997 B/N colombo in modarate traffic 10.5 km/Lt

Out station (Kandy) 12 km/Lt

Anuradapura 14 km/Lt

ES 1 Auto 2004 Re/Con Colombo in modarate traffic 10 Km/Lt

Out Station (kandy) 10.5-11 km/Lt

Dambulla 12.5 Km/Lt
