Yaris Cabin Air Filter

My Yaris is now 35000km. I accidentally found that it does not have the cabin air filter. That causes all the dust to move in to the AC system. So I checked with Toyota and they said Yaris does not come with the Cabin air filter. But They recommend to install it. It cost 13800. Now they asked me to do a AC full service and told me they have to dissemble the dashboard. The service cost me 22500.

So if you guys have a Toyota yaris check for cabin air filter. I am pretty sure that it will not be there.

Now I want to buy a cabin air filter from other place because it is very expensive in Toyota. Does anyone know where I can buy this and the price ?

well frostair does all sorts of auto(car) AC work. but i heard they get all their equipment from a not so great chinese supplier. but they are said to be very good in after sales service and duely attend to any problems/complaints. i am away from home and don't have their business cards with me at my disposal now, so i cannot share their numbers but i am sure it's not difficult to find their contact info.

if you need to get it done with a small timer go to Bullion AC. i get my stuff done there as one of it's branches is run by a friend of mine. contact dinesh: 0777033939. itz a place started by my freind's father and they have been in business for a very long time.

another small timer i have got good recommendations of is Nalaka 0777-340-504. i haven't gotten my stuff done their but heard he's good and possibly cheaper than Bullion AC.
