Hi,

One of my friend is working abroad (more than 5 years)and sending his salary directly to his SL bank account. He has an idea to buy a car and asked what are the pros and cons of blue permitted buying over normal. Does anybody here knows about this and also can we get the support from Dealers to import under blue permit? I did search this in google but things i found were not clear enough to get a good idea.
