Power Steering Oil

Now it’s time to fill the power steering oil to my Nissan FB 15.

Because it reached the far below the lower level

This is the first time I have to do it and do not have any idea about the oil which earlier used by previous owner

So do I need to require flush it and refill again or can mix with new type?

Any good Power steering oil to use…..

first of all try to find out/investigate as to why it went down below the low mark.

You don't need to flush to refill, however flushing can be a good idea as power steering oil can accumulate metal dust over time and if your filler cap doesn't have a magnet which captures any metal dust. Observe the color of oil and if it's bright red and no froth formed just add oil to reach the max level, provided that there is no leak in the system.

I generally avoid unknown cheap brands and tried caltex and laugfs without any issue.
