With the new duty reduction on vehicle, I like to know from this forum what will be the best car that I can import from Japan that would cost total (CIF + Duty + tax + clearance + etc) less than 2.5 million Rs?

Is the green permit still valid for non resident Sri Lankan's to gift their family?
