hi Machang The B4 twin turbo and RSK are not the same. Firslty RSK stands for Road Sport Kompressor, the RSK has suspension and lower arms designed by porsche , which has concentrated on dialing out the famous understeer on most post 99 - 2000 subaru's. The rsk comes with a flat 4 1994cc twin turbo engine with an intercooler. Gearbox- 5 speed manual or 5 speed auto with triptronic. 0-60 - 5.9 Manufacture's estimate usual trimmings like leather seats, drivers side electric seat, power shutters & Mirrors, ABS 4wd , 17inch wheels, climate control. e.g - 301 car with around 60k on the clock will go between 2.4- 2.6 mil. i have driven many b4's and the new single turbo legacy which goes as the B5, one things for sure the twin turbo legacy has a lot of top end power. Most of you who have wrx's or STI's know that you can take down most cars from point to point, but when it comes to top end the b4 seems faster due to the twin turbo setup. Hope this helps

Yes , i can confirm that Aravinda will be runnig NOS in his evo, the super car event will be very interesting. Will take my camera but praveen dont expect me to take amazing pictures cause unlike you and madz i aint a PRO with a camera.

Guys i m not sure which car will be a outright winner , but all i can say is that nigels type r is very fast, cause i remember when he installed the ZEX NOS KIT on practice day he took down jay's m3 on the main straight. fuzzo - i think your right , I have a strong feeling that some of the sir and type r's in SL will take down a NSX

machang shantha 's subaru is a sti 2 ra which is around 8 years old, i am surprised it actually was in front of the m3 for a couple of laps. The problem with subaru is no one here in SL can tune the car because of the engine having AVCS ( active valve control system) which is similar to the VTEC mechanism. But if you take the new generation sti like the 8 or 9 in good hands and proper tuning it would give the evo a run for its money. Anyway hopefully in the near future we can change this misconception and give all the evo's a decent battle with a subaru

no worries Dims, machang the blue car is 1240cc vvti and it has got 90 bhp with a weight of 840kg, its down on power compared to the honda's but its handling is really mind blowing. katu is the only track i suffer cause of the long straight but every where else its a winner. And i prefer to drive an under powered car machang i think it has helped me improve my driving a lot. dims giv me a shout when your free , i want you to drive the car and tell me what you think

Hey Ashan machang when my tuning company Impul made the engine for me they sent me a certified dyno graph showing that the engine produced 147bhp at 7700 rpm and the car weight is only 740kg so its got a good power to weight ratio

Hi Dims Machang its a 1000cc but i got Impul to do the engine in japan, and hence its blue printed. Machang i didnt see you , where were you at Katu, at the Grand Stand i assume.

Hi Everyone First of all let me thank Auto Lanka for the publicity and everyone else who contributed to the gallery, cause it takes a lot of dedication and love for the sport to stand in the hot sun and take pictures. I m still recovering from heat stroke he he Even though i won in the modified event upto 1050cc the judges decided that the initial roll should be considered as a false start. But when i finished the race there was a gap of 32 seconds between me and the second place driver so i really dont think it made a difference. But since race rules are present to discipline drivers and race stewards decison is final, i have to respect that and live with it as there is always a NEXT TIME. anyway thanks for all the support and encouragement from all of you who came to katu yesterday. Auto lanka , can i get some stickers from you guys to put on my Race Cars please, i think thats the least i can do.

Machang i think the 8-10 , 10-12 , and SLA modified 1050cc and 1400cc classes should provide some door to door close racing, hope to see most of you there.

hey praveen which one did you see , cause there are 2 in SL i think. A brick coloured and a lime green one , both were imported by my dad. they have a detuned 350Z engine which produces close to 250bhp and uses cvt.
