  1. Stop starting a new thread each time you don't get an answer to your question.
  2. It's a very straightforward procedure to replace the racers, your regular mechanic should be able to handle it just fine. Each wheel has two, one inner and one outer. It's best to get them both replaced at the same time. What I did when the same happened on my van was to go to a shop my mechanic recommended and ask for front wheel bearings for a Lotto Townace. I took the two bearings from the van as well, just to get a visual confirmation that I was indeed buying the correct part. Most, if not all, shops down Panchikawatta will know what you will need since your car is pretty common, but as a precaution take the old bearings with you.
  3. Keep us updated on how it goes, this be valuable information since its the first documented case on A/L of a crapped out fuse box.
  4. My former boss has the 1.6 auto Aerio variant, it barely manages 9km/l in Colombo. However it is a spacious and comfy car and I was seriously looking into buying one when I was searching for cars. I'm assuming the 1.3 might be marginally better, but not by much.
  5. it's a 3 year old post. FFS, check the date next time,
  6. My question is, what part does the fuse box play in the operation of a cooling fan after the key has been removed, That would be related to a stuck jerry-rigged relay. Was the radiator thermostat removed/replaced/"adjusted" at any point? Edit: However, considering the heat wave we're going through, could it be possible that your cooling system stays active after engine shut off? A few cars will do that under certain conditions.
  7. If it's an Android get Photoshop Express.
  8. On hiatus till permit 520D driving idiots and serial posters decide to get their lives in order.

Your best bet would be to get proper BMW parts for your "permit 520d". Better than any half-baked aftermarket job done locally. Check with the agents to see if they can get down the parts, and also visit the BMW forums on the internets, they will have a wealth of information. If you have anymore questions, do as Ripper says above.
  10. HUGE ROLL SHAPE ROCKS

  11. Do want a matching set of insane Renault hatchbacks with mid-ship engines and no handling.
  12. fkn awesome game. one side mission is to collect playboys.
  13. This track started playing today while I was driving down Sri J'apura Mw. The couple in the car next to me were giving odd looks because I was playing percussion on the steering wheel. Must tint front windows.

  16. Do you mean in real life or Need for Speed?
  17. I'll never have enough money to buy a Callaway nor even a regular C6, but if I did I'd buy a Lotus instead.
  18. Word. Power mirrors and A/C are a must imho, and power steering if anything larger than a car.
  19. Any idea if the local Osram agents stock Nightbreaker Plus bulbs? H4 and H3 formats.

  22. As per my limited knowledge, they're large oldschool floodlights. I'd love to see a demio sporting a pair of 1KW halogens.
  23. So how about a Lexus IS200, which apparently has a Toyota badged steering wheel and an Altezza emblem on the grille. and an invisible super charger.

  24. True that, but I always prefer to give a n00b the benefit of the doubt. I've often asked extremely n00bish questions in audiophile forums and the majority of the sifu were pretty helpful in pointing me towards aural nirvana. At least he didn't ask which is more fuel efficient (yet?).
