So i checked whether my fans are working properly. in FB14 there are 2 fans. i don't have any idea how they work.but as i can remember when switch on the ac any given time ac fan should work today in cold start with ac its not working ? after temperature reach to middle yes again its not working keep the car idle with ac few minutes.radiator cap open. no issues. when ac automatically off and when its on again both fans try to on & goes away. while ac on with middle of temperature car running with out fans but this is not happening all ways.it seems a an electrical issue ? heat sensor issue? how s the fans operating system in FB14 ?

oh really.yeah the finishing on rear seats are looking good. btw did u replace the door panels ??do they hv colors ?

just check there was thread for converting a non turbo 4dr5 to a turbo engine. i think same will apply here.

well i too feel it as an electrical issue since you have mentioned about an alternator issue. just check whether its in\out voltages are correct.also if you have done any repair in alternator check wherther the job done properly.

have u ever been to ambuluwawa (kandy gampola) ?? once i went there few months back one alto (KT) was stuck in the middle of the top hill with 3 passengers.the power of alto was not sufficient to climb while it was a brand new one .

harsha yes i too need to check whetehr the fans are operating in angle level coz in normal conditions heat level is remaning same for any distance .will keep update after this weekend....

Newone ! Alto K10 power is not enough even with 04 passengers to climb the horton plc. am not sure about the bk12. anw you can manage the both easily with 03 passengers .

thanks all. VVTi Fans working properly. hardaht thermost too feel doing it job properly. need to check belts. Rumesh yes kara kara noice only coming when the heat is up. no issue in pulling. coolent are old for around 01 year. need to check the water pump.

Guys, Need a help to identify a issue on my FB14. From few days back car Temperature level suddenly start increasing when climbing hills & it coming down slowly again. when traveling on normal roads/traffic with ac temperature is on half level.not moving. but when climbing hills on 1st 2nd 3rd gear with or with out ac temperature is suddenly going up near to the red level and kara kara noice also coming. Ac compressor also start to give a small sound & i show it to a mechanic.as he told needs to take out the compressor & replace a razor or some thing & it will be ok. i have a doubt whether there is a link with that issue to increase the temp level but this is not happening on normal road conditions can travel any km's with out any issue ?? again doubt ? Radiator is full with coolant.water level is remaining same even the heat increase no white smoke no air bubbles ? what can be the issue ?? warned belts ? Blocked radiator ?

may be he has included his last atf change bill also....if not 60 k for a tune up????

Did your mechanic fix plugged ABS plugs properly? was the replaced onces are similar to the previous ? when did it starts to indicate ? soon after the brake pads replace after run few KM's ?

well good one schiffer. few things i want to clarify. 1* what is the purpose of running the engine with heater on? 2*Step 3: * While the drain tap is open, run a hose from the radiator cap with slow flowing water so it wont overflow * While the water is running through the radiator, start the engine and let it idle with the heater on for another 10 minutes (might need a mate for that) you mean with out fixing the drain cap whaile pipe supply the continues water start the engine & run ??

after change the throttle body if it's remain same i feel it's something related to your auto box. vibration meaning a sudden drop & increase your rpm level?

+1 dont fix those silver colour things on your body. dont chnage the stock side mirros too.
