Yes mv-5 i did a basic clean up and and few filter and oil changes but couldn't get a proper tune up..thought something is wrong with petrol or something as it started to bog hard suddenly...anyway tanx.ya i was looking for a mazda hatch or a famila but a good condition one almost near 2.1m, luckily got this mazda 3 for a very decent prize..

HI nrx i have no idea about carb engines...if you have not done a engine tune up for a long time..you better do one first and see if the symptoms go away...then start from there

HI mv-5 of course.If i upshift and peddle down to full it would wobble,sometimes engine pauses not accelarate at all, and re accelerate after about a second..but it doesnt happen everytime,but almost 70% of the time...

Hi guys can you recommend me a good repair shop for a mazda 3 car(around colombo) which does scanning,tuneup and repairing.I have heard about mazna and cm which claim to be unfair at prices..I'm having this car bog/miss randomly after last fuel fill up.(not so sure).even when in neutral if i slowly accelerate car would bog here and there but after about 2000 revs it's smooth..it's getting somewhat worse that it would suddenly bogs and accelerate when driving..this is a manual...

Check the cable that runs to the gear lever...it doesn't seem to be a transmission problem...

That's normal on my fb14 heat gauge would hang around middle..middle straight,may be 0.5-1 milimiter above middle...if it goes above than that check your car

If they found a problem in the pump..then it should be replaced..No worth tune up and cleaning and stuff bro,you'll have to do it again.Before anything get your pump fixed.

I would say never wash your engine...one time spray of water can do more damage rather than years of dust...I have seen those treatment overdose too.Makabases get immense pleasure from seen huge black smoke coming out from silencer,they think the lines are being cleaned...

Rahu check underside your engine oil cap and color of oil..if it's yellowish milky brown for sure coolant water leaks into engine...check the radiator cap too for muddy oily grease...also remove the radiator cap(fill water full) and start the engine and let it turn hot and see if bubbles keep poping up in radiator....Those are sure signs of leaking gasket It's better if you can do a engine diagnosis at A*W first so you can exactly pin point the problem,don't start assuming and start replacing things,This can be even small as a some sensor failure...

So the smoke appeared after the major repair or even before that....Sorry i don't know about GDi engines...... But normally blown head gasket can show those symptoms....white smoke,oil reduction ,,when the vehicle get hot it looses compression resulting bad idle feels like vibrating....

How about a used allion or a 121? 141 poor in fuel consumption as far as i know.So as you loved hondas go for a FD4...

Hi speedy May be it depends on the brand...when you turn off the refrigerator the cooling lines(inside the fridge ,behind plastic covers) build up moisture and it turn into water,it normally get drain into the water collecting basket,but when you turn it on after a while the water vapor on lines can turn into hard ice.In the long run if this pattern continues mechanical(thermostat and coil pack) and ventilation holes can get blocked from ice...just remove the plastic plate behind your defrezzer. If you have a failing thermostat you can see ton of hard ice covering the mechanism...

Apply some rounds of Paper sellotape to your back door...(to that metal part where it get locked) and see if the sounds comes...since you heard the sound lately it may not be a factory fault...just a wasted lock....check for loosen bolts also..

Never do that.It causes the refrigerator to build up hard ice in the cooling system and ruin everything doing more damage...It is more effficiant to keep it on all the time as it cut's itself off automatically..If you randomly keep switching it off the motor will work hard all the time to achieve -temps from room temp....

Normally the bill is calculated by kWh (kilowatt-hour) That is 1000w of usage per hour...If you use 1000w ranked rice cooker for 1 hour that is 1kwh.

Wait till the new bill comes and see...I don't think you can avoid your necessities..is the house two stories?Then get two meter units...it depends on the machine wattage it doesn't matter whether you use it daily or randomly...Check the items that has the highest watt ranges..and try reducing use of those items... If you leave your 100 watt bulb on for a period of 4 hours then you will have used 100w x 4h = 400 watt But if you use 1200watt iron for 15 min then =1200*0.4h=480w ....just 480w for 15min compared to 4 hours...so try reducing usage of high watt machines..You don't have to sacrifice your basic needs like fan,lights and stuff.

Logic is saving the environment and waste more hazardous battery's...
