The remote controller dont send separate open/close signals to each actuator. The car security system circuit send a common electrical signal to all actuators to open/close. ( by changing the polarity of power supply to actuators). So "may not sending wrong or multiple signal only to the driver side actuator". If your car equipped separate central locking circuit apart the car security system, driver side actuator should have 5 wires and central locking circuit. If so you may not easily interchange with left actuator as it has only 2 wires. If possible, open the driver side door board and release the actuator rod which connect to door manual lock knob. There should be 2 screws. Then try to open/close by remote. If the said drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sound disappear actuator wear out.

Hi PerfMad, Firstly, I am not an expert. In simple logic, It seems wheel inside your actuator wear out. If you like to try some DIY things, I suggest interchange it with left door actuator and check the behavior. If not simply visit to a talented auto electrician (not a Makabas) and explain the situation.

When a "new" car become "older" ? After certain mileage / some years ? Every car must have service and it is mentioned in the manual. I am pretty sure its not 500 miles.

This is one of good work the police implemented even as a pilot project. There can be some issues like waka pointed. They need to find solutions to overcome such issues and continue the project. Thinking about gayanath suggestion. Does performance have relation with ECU learned data ? If so like to add one more step. Fix the old VIC filter again and check performance. Re-fix the new (said original) filter, reset ECU and check performance.

It seems you are too late to recover the engine. Normally engines not dead suddenly. As a bike owner you must feel some small small signals like misfire, fuel overflow from carburetor etc .. before engine dead. If you have maintain the bike regularly this never happen . At least need to change oil in recommend intervals. Time to find another bike. Good luck.

Dear Luckey007, I too was same situation some time ago and what I mainly considered the number of banks/accounts we open for our kids. They can handle this money when they reach 18 years. At that time we too may forget where we opened kids accounts for them, specially if we open multiple accounts in various banks. I know you love to presea. But I think you will not find another presea same as previous. Presea production halted and we have limited number of Presea (1000 ?) in SL. Among that another small subset of Presea may available to buy at the moment. So you have to select your dream among that. Finding identical will be very hard withing this subset. If I were you, I will make my mind to drop some requirements like this interior color and get one withing available set. No one will not get a wife which 100% matching to his thought. So nothing to say about a car.

pros and cons Pros : Get preferred interior color, New look, more light inside the car as gray is brighter than brown. Cons: Can damage (when remove and fix) in some places specially thin places/edgers, future scratch will get old brown color up, Dont think so.
