Mazda Minagi Concept

The manufacturer mazda release of Mazda Minagi Concept at the 2011 Geneva Auto Show in March. The Japanese manufacturer at the Swiss show the so-called Minagi concept compact crossover SUV that previews the company’s new design theme nicknamed “Kodo” (Soul of Motion). The Minagi Concept will also showcase Mazda’s next-generation of fuel-efficient powertrain and chassis technologies, branded under the new SKYACTIV name.

Minagi employ Mazda’s Skyactiv technologies, thus demonstrating once again that the Japanese manufacturer is also focused on improving mileage. Mazda has also worked on the weight of the car and installed a Skyactiv body and chassis, thus pushing efficiency one step further.

New concept has the most chances to make it to production if enough positive feedback is received after Geneva. Aside from the Minagi, the Japanese automaker’s stand will also feature separate technology exhibits as well as the Mazda Shinari sports saloon study.
