If it's a Japanese domestic model ..you can't change it..but If you got it from UK ..(now most of them importing from UK)..then it can be done by reading the user manual..But you will get A/C control..Audio..DVD player.Fuel consumption indicator and many more in English.. in fact the main menu is in Japanese..Try press once the INFO button on the steering wheel..then from the menu you get..you will see an icon like a book..touch that icon on the screen..then it should show a list of languages..from that you can select english..but, when you touch the book icon..if it's direct to another Japanese menu..then you can't change the settings...Coz..it can be a fully Japanese version..

i also have a 2010 prius and myone is also in japanese i have try so many times to change it to english but i can't,but u can change the language by a software but it cose 45000 Rs. and if u want the GPS Nav it cost another 35000 Rs.

otherthan this theres no way.

and y u want to change it in to english in my car every this is working fine.

and how much u are getting for per litter.
