unfortunately i wasnt able to change the software, the technician tried for abt 6 hours and he said that its no use trying to change the software on this model but he said that he has changed the software before on axio's if you have the same problem without replacing the unit try to change the software if possible

mmm jami what you say is a bit unclear bt i cn tell you that most "141's" in SL are nt frm japan and the axio is a domestic model and also as far as I know the "141" was produced in japan as the Altis (im nt sure of dis bt)
