Repair From Magcity

Hi , My car had a problem on Alternater so i gave the car to Magcity at Darly road after 4 days (workingdays ) still they saying not finish just like nromal garage bas talks somebody saying still couldnt find some parts from panchikawatte and one say due to rain one mechanic absent so lot of bla bla then i called to GM then he promised me to complete the job withn that day and could take the vehical around 5pm. their charges fair labour cost 1200 and reconditin alternator with 6month warrenty 10500 but the thing is we have to push them like normal bas. so if any of u plan to put the vehical try to push them or else they may delay. this happened to me last week.

Really sorry for the incident. If you read previous responses of forum members, never visit that place!

this is another example of how bad magcity really is best advise to the members is never visit them at any time

Things might have changed now. But those days Mag city just employed kids straight out of technical schools and frankly there is no substitute for experience.
