Hs Code & Tax For A Hybrid Vehicle In Sl

Can somebody please tell me what is the HS code and Tax for 2008 Hybrid vehicles in SL?

Import & Export Control says HS code is 8703.22.60..According to customs' web site it is the HS code

for normal Cars(petrol) more than 2 years old and for that code the tax is around 130%..

According to customs' documents 8703.22.51 is the HS code for hybrid vehicles which are less than 2 years old.

The customs website was last updated in 12/10/2010 so the information there is not correct.

As I know for 1500cc hybrid the tax is about 50% of CIF value, after the latest tax revision.
