There are plenty of places who does Waxing and Polishing. If their rates are reasonable go for them, but it isn't rocket science and does not need to be done at the agent.

Once I did a cut and polish at MagCity. They used the machine for polishing and it left swirl marks on my car's bonnet. Did not go there afterwards. I would recommend to hand wax with a good 3m wax using soft linen. Once every 3 weeks or so I get myself a cold beer and take half of Sunday to do this. :)

Now thats how you do it..........OP pls make note :) Why waste your time going to the agents of all places when there are plenty of places as the Don said, and even better do it yourself !!

One advice. Do not go to KL**NPA**K maharagama joint. They ruined my Tiida after cut'n polish.

I've seen cut and polishes done many times using machines with no visible damage to the paint work. I guess it depends on the quality of machine and polish used.

As a general point I do not think it's advisable to do a cut and polish regularly. It takes a layer of paint away and over time thins it down, which is not very helpful. A good wash and wax should suffice on most occasions.
