Need Advice On Ford Festiva

Hello All,

I am planning to buy a Ford Festiva car. Found a 19-xxxx one (year 1993) and the owner is asking for 600k.

It has some rust in passenger side floor board, near the battery and in door edges. The owner says he has repaired the alternator, brake servo and AC cooling fan recently.

What are your experience with this mode? Is it economical to run? Are spare parts available?

You are confused and unsure about Festivas. Plus you got few rust issues.

Last thing you need is putting the blame on AL strangers.

Do you really want to go for that car and that make?

The ans. is YES. That's why I asked for some ADVICE from anyone who has prior experience with this model.

Ford Festiva is rebadged KIA Pride. It's made by KIA. So spares might not be a big worry.

As for other questions you have, I would advice you to think seriously about what MiniAce told you. You have other options for that price.

Thanks for the info Crosswind.

One big reason I am trying on this model is its impressive ground clearance compared to other models in the same price range.
