one of my relative is going to import a new Suzuki Every (the new model) is it better to import the normal engine version or the turbo version(join turbo)???

is there chance for the turbo to be more economical( i guess the turbo works only after you hit 60hm/h, thats how it was in the older model)? and the engine to have a longer life time??
