Hi Expert,

Need the correct advice on Audi A6 Diesel 1999/2000,

I love to have this car, But Friends and my Mechanic scaring me regarding the parts and repairs, Please guys advice me on after how many Km's do I have to face these parts problems? gear box problems? Will it be expensive than the B4 TT on maintenance?

I seriously love the car, :D

If you're worried about maintaining it I'll give it to you straight: old VW/Audis do need regular attention and it isn't going to be cheap. However, if you find the right car I doubt it'll be any WORSE than the B4 to Maintain.

Do you mean Audi will give me less issues and less maintenance cost than my B4 TT ?

Dude, supra gave pretty much all the info you can get without getting a biased opinion.

You're looking at cars that have been though diverse owners and maintenance habits, so you cant compare model vs model. If you wanna do that, you should go buy a brand new vehicle

if u'r going for a euro don't do what u do when buying a jap

sometimes the price difference could be large but go for the good condition one,

and evan a 10-12 yrs old toyota will need accommodation at the mechanic's :lol:

+ there is a good place to maintain these beauties for lower price like japs.
