121-Timing Belt

hi guys pls let me know ,is 121 coming with a Timing belt or Timing chain?

If it comes with a belt ,wht is the standard mileage to change it? or if it comes with a chain should it be changable???

It's a Timing Chain. it should lasts the lifetime of the Engine.

Corolla 121 comes with 1NZ-FE Engine

It has a timing chain and also a automatic tension adjuster. The chain is always bathed with a oil sprayed through a nozzle. If engine is maintained properly the chain will last for the lifetime of the engine. Putting the correct oil and correct interval fuel changes is the best way to protect.

Isnt the corolla luxel (ZZE-122) timing chain different to a normal 121 coz that comes with a 1zz-fe engine, (1800cc engine)?

Yep, Definitely. Different Engine and Different internal parts.
